General Terms and Conditions for Users of Spanear

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully to understand the contractual relationship between us as a service provider and you as our customer. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. We will not share your information with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy. (Our Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.)

Appointment Booking Policy

  1. Appointments booked through Spanear are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
  2. Appointments cannot be exchanged except in the limited circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.
  3. Appointments are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to resell, transfer, or use an appointment for commercial gain may result in cancellation without refund.
  4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet any eligibility criteria set by service providers, such as age restrictions, health requirements, or preparatory guidelines before booking.
  5. Customers are advised to book appointments only through the official Spanear platform to avoid fraudulent transactions or unauthorized reselling.
  6. Customers may be required to present a valid photo ID or proof of booking upon arrival at the service provider’s location.

Service Usage Policy

  1. Customers must adhere to the policies of the service provider, including dress codes, hygiene requirements, or any special conditions imposed by the provider.
  2. Spanear is not liable for any refusal of service by a provider due to a customer’s failure to comply with stated policies.
  3. The service provider reserves the right to refuse service or request removal of a customer who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.
  4. Spanear is not responsible for any delays, rescheduling, or service quality issues that arise from the service provider.
  5. Customers are advised to confirm their appointments and be punctual. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
    • The service provider cancels the appointment.
    • The service provider fails to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • The appointment is rescheduled to an unfeasible time for the customer.
  2. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via Spanear’s customer support within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  3. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
  4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Liability & Indemnity

  1. Spanear acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by independent service providers.
  2. Customers agree to release Spanear from any liability arising from injuries, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or other service-related issues.
  3. Spanear reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
  4. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Spanear harmless from any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Spanear collects and processes customer data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill service bookings or as required by law.
  3. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify Spanear immediately in case of unauthorized account access.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of Spanear shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

By using Spanear, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
